SWADE Folio

Calmer, themeable sheets for Savage Worlds Adventure Edition. Folio builds on SWADE's sheets, keeping their rolls, menus, and drag and drop.

⚠️ Compatibility warning: SWADE Containers

When SWADE Containers is active, Folio character and NPC sheets are unavailable. Foundry uses another registered sheet and Folio shows a warning at startup. Disable SWADE Containers and reload to use Folio character and NPC sheets. Folio's item, vehicle, and group styling remains available.

Features

• Character sheets: Folio Classic, or Folio Player with a large portrait, the essentials always in view and quick access to favourites.
• NPC sheet: an encounter layout with weapons, actions, powers, abilities and active effects up front. Powers are grouped by Arcane Background with editable current Power Points, the maximum, and a refresh button. Their compact rows open to show roll actions; clicking an item's image posts it to chat. Empty sections are hidden, and the Powers tab remains available for changing Power Point maxima.
• Items in chat: click an item's image on a character or NPC sheet to show it in chat.
• Matching windows: item, vehicle and group sheets, headquarters pages and SWADE dialogs.
• Roll dialog that shows the total modifier before you roll.
• Themes: five presets, including Foundry Core's native colours, custom colours, light or dark, and optional paper textures.
• Chat cards: compact roll cards with the dice, the result and a verdict per die.
• Gentle motion that becomes simple fades with reduced motion.
• Languages: English and German.

Settings

Open Configure Settings → SWADE Folio to choose a theme, a light or dark window theme, texture, banner, skill icons, dice icons, sheet scale, and dialog or chat styling. These choices are per client. With SWADE Fantasy Currencies installed, Folio can show coin fields on character, NPC and group sheets.

Requirements

• Foundry VTT v14 and SWADE 6.x.
• SWADE Fantasy Currencies is optional. Folio also works alongside Carolingian UI (with Carolingian Bridge), Fantasy Companion and Region Pre-Configurator.
• With SWADE Clarity, the verdicts use the target number Clarity works out; a roll at targets with different target numbers leaves the verdicts to Clarity.
• Only tested with the Savage Worlds Adventure Edition Core Rules and the Savage Worlds Fantasy Companion.

Installation

In Foundry's Add-on Modules tab, choose Install Module and paste this manifest URL:

Then enable SWADE Folio in your world. Select SWADE Folio Player from a character's Sheet menu for the redesigned player layout. NPCs have one Folio option, SWADE Folio. If your world or an NPC explicitly selected the former Classic NPC sheet, select SWADE Folio again after updating.
